Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli has held talks with Chinese Super League club Jiangsu Suning over a possible transfer move, according to Milan website Il Milanista.

The 25-year-old, whose loan spell at AC Milan this season has not panned out well, is expected to depart from Anfield on a permanent deal in the summer.

The report claims that the Italian forward has been offered a deal worth £11.8m a season and is seriously considering a move to the Far East to end his recent misery in Europe.
