Brendan Rodgers is not just eyeing a fourth-placed finish with Liverpool this season.
The Reds moved to within two points of the top four courtesy of a narrow 1-0 win over Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium on Monday night which has Rodgers reaching for the stars.
"The aim is to finish as high as we can, the aim isn't just to finish fourth," the Liverpool boss told Sky Sports.
"Obviously with (second-placed) Manchester City losing (to Burnley) at the weekend it gives us an opportunity to push on.
"We haven't done anything yet but certainly [they deserve credit] from where we were at the start of the season for the intent they've shown and the work they've had to put in to claw that back to give ourselves a fighting chance."
