Liverpool are ready to send Nathaniel Clyne away on-loan today.
The Liverpool Echo says the Reds right-back hasn't featured all season after picking up an ACL injury back in pre-season but has made great strides in his comeback to full fitness.
The rise of Trent Alexander-Arnold at Anfield coupled with a couple of long-term fitness problems have truncated Clyne's progress with the Reds, with the former Southampton defender making just 10 appearances in two years.
Clyne's last run-out for the Reds came back in December 2018 against Arsenal with his most recent start coming earlier that month against Manchester United at Anfield.
A loan move to Bournemouth 12 months ago didn't result in a permanent deal and the Reds are happy to allow Clyne to leave on deadline day as he attempts to kick-start a career that has flatlined since the summer of 2017.
