Liverpool are being linked with Real Madrid legend Iker Casillas.

AS says Liverpool's search for a new keeper could see them snap up Casillas on a free transfer from Porto.

The 36-year-old Spanish keeper is seen as the ideal man to put pressure on current number one Loris Karius - with Simon Mignolet set to depart in the close season.

Casillas could have more lucrative offers from China and American, but he is said to prefer staying in a more competitive European league.

The veteran is expected to leave Porto at the end of this season.
