Liverpool are pushing to open talks with AS Roma for Miralem Pjanic.Corriere dello Sport says Pjanic will leave Roma at the end of the season.

Liverpool are at the front of the queue to sign the Bosnian international as Brendan Rodgers hunts for a replacement for Steven Gerrard.

He was outstanding against Manchester City in the Champions League group stages this season and also has experience in the competition with Lyon.

Pjanic has also been linked with PSG and Bayern Munich.
