Liverpool are eyeing Real Madrid defender Raul Albiol.
The Daily Express says Liverpool have turned their attentions to Real Madrid centre back Albiol as a replacement for Jamie Carragher.
Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers admitted last week that he was worried about who would fill Carragher's shoes, as the defensive stalwart has announced he is retiring after the season finishes.
Albiol only signed a new deal which will keep him at the Bernabeu until 2017, but remains unsure of his future at Real and is desperate for regular first team football to make Spain's 2014 World Cup squad.
