Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has made Southampton captain Adam Lallana his No1 summer target. The Liverpool Echo says Rodgers won't be put off by the Southampton skipper's £20million price tag.
The 26-year-old has enjoyed a magnificent second season in the Premier League, scoring 9 league goals and contributing heavily to a free-flowing Saints attack.
Lallana is seen by Reds boss Rodgers as the perfect addition to compliment the likes of Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge and Raheem Sterling.
