Liverpool are chasing Hamburg SV defender Jonathan Tah.

The 17 year-old has been a rare highlight for HSV during a dismal campaign.

The Reds failed with a bid of €9 million in January for Tah, who is tied to HSV until 2018, and is now ready to try again, says BILD.

Hamburg, currently on the brink of relegation, need to sell this summer to balance the books and Liverpool are ready to take advantage of their situation.
