Liverpool boss Roy Hodgson is in talks for Barcelona midfielder Alex Hleb.
Hodgson was keen on Hleb when in charge of Fulham and now wants to take the former Arsenal star to Anfield.
El Mundo Deportivo says Liverpool have made an approach to Hleb's agents to register their interest. Hleb is understood to favour a move to England over Spain or Germany.
