Liverpool lost 2-0 to Wolfsburg in the latest round of the NextGen series.
Two goals inside the opening 10 minutes of the second half did the damage as the Germans picked up the victory that saw them join the Reds on four points and move into joint-second place in Group 2.
Andax Guleryuz with a free-kick and Giovanni Millemaci were Wolfsburg's goal scorers.
