Liverpool legend Graeme Souness expects Mario Balotelli to soon be sold.
Souness is seething just like the fans by the way the misfiring Italian striker has conducted himself since his £16m summer move to Anfield.
"He is a fit lad yet on a match-day he doesn't run around," Souness, who won 15 trophies in six glorious years at Anfield, to the Daily Star.
"When the ball is being played out of defence he is not thinking like a footballer.
"Maybe he hasn't got a football brain. Maybe he just doesn't know where he should be running. That is the easiest thing to put right.
"How easy is it to say to someone go out for 90 minutes today and come back in here feeling knackered? How simple is that to achieve?
"He must want to be a football player. He must want to make people, his supporters, team-mates and manager happy with him.
"Just run around. You are talking about going way back to basics there. Things that should have been learnt when he was 14, 15 years old.
"Supporters are forgiving. If you go out and give it a real go physically, come off covered in sweat and they see a striker putting full-backs and centre-backs under pressure and sprinting to a goalkeeper - they love all that.
"How difficult is that to take on board? There has to be more to it?"
