Liverpool legend Mark Lawrenson is concerned about the imminent departure of Glen Johnson.
Johnson comes off contract in June.
Lawro wrote in the Liverpool Echo: "Everything points to Johnson leaving at the end of the season. And as a free agent, I wouldn't be surprised to see him end up at a top club, whether that is in England or, as is more likely, abroad.
"I remember when Kenny Dalglish was in charge and he told me that Johnson was asked to play left-back for a long spell, didn't complain once and did the job well.
"His imminent departure will see another senior professional leaving the club, and that's a worry.
"I didn't see many old heads on the pitch in the defeat to Manchester United the other week."
