Liverpool reserves coach Gary Ablett has hailed the consistency of fullback Stephen Darby after this week's 0-0 draw with Blackburn Rovers.

"Stephen is like Steve Finnan in the sense he is always Steady Eddie and very rarely has a bad game," he told liverpoolfc.tv. "He played really well and is a very good player who we have high hopes for."
