Liverpool are optimistic of receiving good news about the fitness of key duo Andy Robertson and Jordan Henderson.

Both players suffered injuries during the international break while with Scotland and England respectively.

But long term absences are not expected, per the Mirror.

Both could be back for the Reds' key Premier League game against Leicester City on Sunday.

Robertson had a hamstring issue, while Henderson is struggling with leg tightness.

The latter came off at half time against Belgium for England with the problem.
