Liverpool fullback Andrew Robertson says Jurgen Klopp's end of season departure can be a motivating force for the players.
Liverpool meet Chelsea in the Carabao Cup final later today.
Robertson told the Telegraph: "We have to use it in two ways. We have to park it to some extent while the fans can be emotional.
"But we also want to give him a farewell. We know he's taken the club back to where it belongs and we know he's leaving us this summer - and we want him to have a great send-off.
"It gives us extra motivation. But we must not get carried away by emotions. We have done that very well since the announcement of the news, and we have all got a handle on it.
"The last game of the season will be emotional for the manager and his staff and all the fans. But as players we still have a job to do."
