West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson's contract carries a buyout clause.
The Mirror says West Brom face a battle to hold on to Olsson after it emerged he has a £3.5m clause in his contract.
Liverpool are among the clubs to have looked at Olsson with Jamie Carragher set to hang up his boots at the end of this season.
