Liverpool drop price for Burnley target Wilson

Liverpool are ready to drop their price for Harry Wilson.

The Daily Star says Wilson is expected to leave Anfield this summer permanently, having spent the last two seasons out on loan.

The Reds have slapped a £20m price tag on the 23-year-old's head, and are in talks over a potential deal with Burnley, according to journalist Alan Nixon.

However, the two clubs are some way off on their valuation for the player, with the Clarets tabling an offer much lower than Liverpool's asking price.

It's thought that the Premier League champions are likely to accept an offer lower than their hefty demands in order to get a deal done - a figure closer to around £15m.
