Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom is convinced his development will accelerate with West Bromwich Albion.
Wisdom will play on-loan with the Baggies this season.
He said: "I'm happy to have signed coming from Liverpool, this is a great club, and I'm just happy with the move.
"I was on loan last season at Derby and that was a really good loan, so I'm hoping I can do the same this season.
"Brendan Rodgers is a great manager, as you can see with the season they had last year, and he said I need to keep improving and try to keep playing at a consistent level.
"West Brom can grant me more of an opportunity to do so, and touching base with the gaffer here, Alan, he virtually said the same thing. He's a great coach with young players, and I just need to keep improving and learning."
