Liverpool defender Martin Skrtel won't face FA action after appearing to suggest the panel who upheld his three-match ban were clowns.
Just before the decision was made public the defender posted a picture of a group of clowns on his Instagram account.
It appeared to be a swipe at the decision - but the FA say will not take any further action.
Skrtel will now miss Liverpool's league matches against Arsenal and Newcastle as well as the FA Cup quarter-final replay at Blackburn.
