Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has hailed the influence of Kenny Dalglish on Raul Meireles' free-scoring form.
The Portugal midfielder struck again in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Wigan Athletic.
Carragher told liverpoolfc.tv: "Obviously he was a Roy Hodgson signing but (him scoring goals) is something I think you can give Kenny a pat on the back for.
"Everyone's feeling good. I don't like talking about the past or being disrespectful, but things have changed and it looks as if things are getting better. Hopefully Saturday's result won't continue in the next few weeks and we'll get back to winning ways as soon as possible."
