Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher admits he can't switch off from football.
After the upturn in fortunes brought about when Kenny Dalglish returning the manager's office in January, Carragher is full of optimism ahead of 2011-12.
"I'm disappointed the season has finished to be honest," he told liverpoolfc.tv. "I know we didn't finish well in the last two games but the last four or five months have been really enjoyable.
"We had been doing quite well and you start loving the game again. It had been a difficult 18 months before that but we started to get in the groove.
"I always find it difficult to switch off even in the summer. I'm already thinking about next season.
"You are always thinking about who is coming in, who is going and then when the fixtures come out who we have got in the first game. It never stops."
