Reina has been on loan at former Reds boss Rafa Benitez's Napoli side this season and the Italian club want to make his move permanent.
The Anfield giants value Reina at around £6.5million, with Inler and Behrami jointly rated at £15m.
Talks between the two clubs are predicted for the end of the season to see if a deal can be struck.
