Liverpool have broken an attendance record for Anfield.

Before victory over Burnley, it was announced Liverpool would have 60,000 people present during the match.

It can be done because the Anfield Road Stand has been extended.

This breaks the previous record, which was set back in 1949, when, a there were 58,757.
