Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers again was full of praise for Jonjo Shelvey after their Europa League win at Young Boys of Bern.
Shelvey came off the bench to score twice and make victory certain.
Rodgers said: "He has got a big future ahead of him as long as he continues to work and listen and learn.
"He has got great qualities - power, pace, good feet, good technique.
"I think over the next number of years, once he starts to tactically participate in the game and his intelligence grows, then he will have a great future."
