Liverpool are reviving their interest in Bayer Leverkusen striker Heung-Min Son.
The South Korea international has been a long-term target for Reds boss Brendan Rodgers, who is convinced the centre-forward's style of play would thrive in the Premier League.
Rodgers is seeking a new striker signing this summer, admitting he needs to boost their firepower for next season.
Son has scored 17 goals in a total of 39 appearances for Leverkusen this term.
The striker attracted an enquiry from Manchester United last season, which his agent Theis Bliemeister confirmed: "Manchester United were very interested. We talked, and United made clear its interest. It was a great honor for Son."
