Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez is ready to try again for Valencia winger David Silva.

The Times says Silva, the Valencia playmaker, is Benitez's main target and he has dismissed claims that Robbie Keane's problems at the club could deter big names from joining.

"Everyone knows how good [Fernando] Torres and [Steven] Gerrard are, and they do play very well together, but we have 60 or so games a season," Benitez said. "That means there are going to be plenty of chances for everyone so I don't think it would be a problem."
