Manchester City face cashing in on highly-rated midfielder Michael Johnson.

Skysports.com says Johnson has rejected the new contract he has been offered.

Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham and Everton are all thought to hold a strong interest in the 20-year-old and could be tempted to launch a bid.

Despite rejecting the deal, it is understood that talks are continuing between City and Johnson's representatives.
