Liverpool and Arsenal are following Sevilla defender Frederico Fazio.
Estadio Deportes says the Argentine is a target for both Premier League giants in the summer.
Fazio's agent, Ariel Kiperszmid, admits a move at the end of the season could be on. He told TMW: "By June there will be many possibilities. Like in the Premiership, Bundesliga, Serie A and the Liga itself."
