Miliyet says Liverpool are leading the way for Simon this summer, who has already won two caps for Nigeria despite being just 19-years-old.
Simon is also wanted by Fenerbahce and Tottenham.
The midfielder came to the attention of Liverpool and Spurs when starring for AS Trencin in the Europa League last year.
