Leroy Lita has again declared he wants out of Reading.

Lita said: "I'm not looking to sign a new deal. You need four strikers but I don't want to be the fourth striker sitting on the bench.

"I've been training well, working hard and pushing for a place and got nothing.

"I came on for 10 minutes against Villa and three minutes in the Carling Cup at Liverpool. That's not showing the manager wants me. I have big ambitions.

"If that's not at Reading then they should not stop me moving on."
