QPR midfielder Lee Cook has joined League One club Leyton Orient.
The 29-year old, who has had limited chances with the R's this term, has signed a loan deal which runs until December 21 and he will go straight into Russell Slade's match-day squad for the clash with Sheffield Wednesday this weekend.
Cook, who has previously played with Watford, Fulham and Charlton Athletic, was left off Neil Warnock's 25-man Premier League squad this season.
