Joleon Lescott says Manchester City's star-studded attack is making him a better defender.
The centre-back, 29, faces Carlos Tevez, Sergio Aguero, Edin Dzeko and Mario Balotelli in training every day.
Lescott, aiming for his 14th England cap in Friday's Euro 2012 qualifier with Bulgaria, said: "I'll face Edin one day, Mario the next and Carlos the day after that.
"You can't afford to go into training and not put in 110 per cent. If you do, you'll be exposed and that might be an excuse for the manager to leave you out.
"I'm improving all the time and playing with these players, all the internationals such as Carlos, is outstanding.
"And now we've got Sergio as well, so it's just unreal for me.
"There are no easy players to face when it comes to training."
