Leonardo accepts AC Milan job in jeopardy

AC Milan boss Leonardo concedes his job is in jeopardy.

"Up until now we have endured a season of highs and lows, and beating Zurich is important. They are different games faced in different ways with teams that play with different formations and objectives," Leonardo explained.

"For us, it's very important… Zurich have great motivations playing at San Siro. It doesn't matter if they are sixth in the Swiss Super League. We have to think about ourselves. It's not easy after a lot of close games, but one thing is for sure and that is we can improve.

"We cannot always be here to mill over what we haven't done. A trainer is always in discussion. I have spoken with the team in order to find the right solutions.

"Rather than focusing on the training sessions, it's the discussions between us that count the most towards our improvement. With those discussions complete, we are now thinking about how we can play better in the next game rather than looking at what didn't work in the last."
