Celtic boss Neil Lennon is of the belief that Gary Hooper will be staying with the club this winter.
The 24-year old striker has been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Southampton and West Ham United recently but Lennon feels he will make the right decision and remain at Parkhead this January.
"We haven't held new talks with his agent but the sound bites I'm getting from Gary are that he's delighted with things and happy to stay," he said after the weekend's 4-0 win over Ross County in which Hooper scored twice.
"There has been a tentative phone call from one club and it went away. That has been it."
