Two goals from Leicester's Harvey Barnes and another from Sunderland's Elliot Embleton helped the young England side to a 3-0 win over Scotland in the semi-final of Toulon tournament on Thursday.
The Three Lions will now face either Ivory Coast or the Czech Republic in the final of the competition on Saturday.
England, who are the standing champions, have won all of their fixtures in this year's edition of the tournament.
