Leicester City look unlikely to be successful in their pursuit of Demarai Gray, according to reports from the Leicester Mercury.

Foxes boss Claudio Ranieri is hopeful of tying down a deal for Gray with the East Midlands club believed to have activated the youngster's release clause at Birmingham City.

However, Leicester look unlikely to be able to sign Gray as the young winger is currently happy to stay put at St. Andrew's and is not looking to leave anytime soon.
