Leicester City are set for talks with Hannover goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler after matching his buyout clause.

The Foxes are set to hold talks with Zieler after meeting the £3million release clause in his contract at Hannover.

Mainz, who have lost Loris Karius to Liverpool, have been interested in taking him to the Coface Arena this summer as their new No.1.

But the Premier League winners have stolen a march on other interested parties, and Zieler is heading to the East Midlands for talks over a move to join Claudio Ranieri's men.
