Leicester City defender Marcin Wasilewski has not been charged by the Football Association for an incident in the weekend's clash with West Bromwich Albion.
The Polish defender allegedly elbowed Baggies striker Saido Berahino during the second half of the Foxes' 1-0 loss at the King Power Stadium on Saturday.
Berahino claimed that Wasilewski intentionally made contact with him but the FA have deemed the incident as part of the game as both players were battling for the ball.
Referee Stuart Atwell and his match officials saw the incident but felt it was not worthy of retrospective action.
