Leicester City could be considering offering Steven Gerrard a route back into management.
The Liverpool legend has not coached since being fired by Aston Villa earlier this past season.
When Gerrard was sacked, Villa were in relegation trouble, but Unai Emery took them to seventh place by the end of the term.
Per The Mail, the Foxes still have faith in Gerrard, especially from his time at Rangers in Scotland.
They believe that a job in the Championship may allow Gerrard to find his quality in a less pressurized environment.
Leicester sacked Brendan Rodgers earlier this past season, before hiring Dean Smith, who could not save them from relegation.
