Leicester City midfielder Youri Tielemans admits being dropped has been tough to take.
Tielemans has been a substitute for four of the club's last eight Premier League matches, including their most recent two outings, against Norwich and Aston Villa.
“It is true that, personally, I have played less," Tielemans told Sport/Foot Magazine. “It does not make me happy, but it is the consequence of some worse games.
“The coach felt that I was less fresh at that moment, that's his job.
“It's not harder than if it was someone else, but it's never fun to be on the bench. We have a very good relationship, on and off the field, so ultimately, I'm also happy for him."
