Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri has revealed he has fond memories of his time Chelsea ahead of Monday's night Premier League clash with his former club.
Ranieri was replaced by current Blues boss Jose Mourinho after guiding the Stamford Bridge club to second place in the Premier League during the 2003/04 season.
Ranieri said he felt he contributed to the success Chelsea enjoyed during Mourinho's first tenure at the club.
"I am very proud (of my record at Chelsea) but I was proud also when I left Valencia and my young players went twice to the final of the Champions League," said the Italian.
"I can say I wasn't surprised Chelsea won the league and achieved so many titles."
