Leicester make apology to Chelsea after pennant incident

Leicester City have apologised to Chelsea after Daniel Amartey was seen throwing their pennant on the floor following their FA Cup win.

A video emerged of Amartey in the victorious dressing room after Saturday's match, in which he flung the opposition pennant.

Amartey is shown by the footage picking up the pennant - which are exchanged between the club captains prior to kick-off - and holding it up to the camera, before flinging it backwards over his shoulder with it landing on the floor.

It has been reported that the 26-year-old has been spoken to by the Foxes, who have subsequently issued an apology to Chelsea.
