Leicester goalkeeper Schmeichel: Poor starts costing us

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel admits the club will continue to lose if they start matches poorly.

The Foxes gave away an early penalty to Manchester United on Saturday, which proved to be the difference in the 1-0 loss.

"It's very frustrating," he said.

"You can't start the way we did and give yourselves such a mountain to climb, but we played better towards the end of the first half.

"The start killed us a little bit and there were lots of stray passes – we didn't quite get the slick passing that everybody wanted. It's very frustrating now.

"We're going to keep trying and we'll obviously finish up the league as high as we can. We're going to go about our work and learn from today because there are a lot of things to learn."
