Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel is worried Denmark will lose their hosting rights for the Euros.

With the tournament moved to the summer of 2021, it will clash with Copenhagen's hosting of three stages of the Tour de France in July.

Schmeichel told DR Sporten: "For many of us players, our childhood is built around the '92 triumph.

"And if we could just pass on some of the same experiences at home, it would also be important and could inspire future generations.

"It will be a disaster if the matches are moved. Not a disaster like corona, but a sporting disaster."
