Leicester City captain Kasper Schmeichel urged Randers coach Thomas Thomasberg not to be too disappointed with last night's defeat.
The Foxes thumped Randers 4-1 in the first-leg of their Europa Conference League clash.
Schmeichel said: "I also think you have to take into account that we are in the middle of the season, and this is Randers' first game in a long time, so it's maybe a bit harsh, I think, because I actually think they played well in the first half.
"But it is clear that it is a match we are expected to win, but I think Randers has every reason to be proud, because it is right after a winter break, away and they actually delivered a great match."
