Leicester City skipper Wes Morgan is preparing for the Copa America this summer.
The centre-back, 31, is off on his club's post-season trip to Thailand and then flies out to Jamaica on his return.
Morgan will prepare in the Caribbean for his country's Copa America campaign in Chile.
He said: "I'm not going to have much of a rest as I'm busy June and July. I'll be looking forward to that as there are good games to play in against quality opposition.
"It's one of those once in a lifetime experience.
"I'm not sure if I will get the chance to relax, it depends if we get knocked out of the competition. We'll try and squeeze something in.
"There are beaches in Jamaica and the weather's not bad so I will try and dip my toes in the sea!"
