Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson says he can feel the extra scrutiny this week.
Pearson came close to the sack last weekend.
"I feel under more scrutiny but I'm focused on what I'm doing," he said. "You have to be very resilient in football. You have to keep your focus on what is required.
"I will be concentrating on very much the team.
"It's not a case of sticking your head in the sand, it's about dealing with situations as they arise. My focus is very much on the team and making sure our performance warrants a win.
"We have mental resilience and you need to have. We have to continue to work hard and show that belief in ourselves, which has been on show so far.
"We have been resilient this season, as we were last year and the year before under different pressures. I don't see a great deal changing in that respect."
