Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy believes teammate Danny Drinkwater has carried his fine form from last season into the new campaign.
The 26-year-old midfielder, who has been recalled to the England national squad by new manager Sam Allardyce, provided a beautiful 40-yard assist for Vardy's opening goal in the 2-1 win over Swansea City on Saturday.
"It's getting a bit too frequent now isn't it – Drinky to Vards again!" said the striker.
"I was playing right on the leash and so it was the perfect ball for me to get past the defender and just smash the ball in.
"He's carried on exactly where he left off last season. He's not stopped."
