Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford has admitted that he is now back to full fitness.
The forward had to go through months of injury issues, struggling to make himself available regularly for the Premier League side.
The 29-year-old has now scored three goals in his past two substitute appearances since returning from a groin problem.
Speaking to ITV after the match against Cardiff City in the FA Cup third round, he stated: "Yeah, it's nice to be back playing again and getting myself some more minutes, that's the most important thing.
“But getting the goals is nice, once you get one, they seem to come in pairs and I knew that'd be the case all season. It was just about coming back really fit.
"I think the longer you're out... it sounds simple but the harder it gets to come back because you can start picking up lots of little things which was frustrating.
“But hopefully the operation has sorted out all the problems I had and I'm feeling much better now."
