Leeds striker Bamford concedes Keylor made difference for Forest

Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford says Keylor Navas was the difference in defeat against Nottingham Forest.

The former Real Madrid goalkeeper kept a clean sheet as Forest won 1-0 thanks to Brennan Johnson's goal.

Bamford said: "I think if we score the first goal it's a different game. Once they get the first goal they're very comfortable sitting in. It was always going to be difficult and we couldn't find the answer. In the second half we just tailed off.

"It just comes down to a few chances.

"I think you know what he's like, he's a good goalkeeper. But I still think we should have scored at least two in the first half. It could have been a very different game.

"I felt fine physically, their centre-backs just had me to deal with, we needed more people running on.

"Losing today it hurts but it doesn't change anything massively, we've got some huge games coming up against Manchester United."
